We have created a clear catalogue of size charts for you. Each table is assigned to a product by catalogue number, e.g. F001 etc.

Size charts are for reference only, if you are between two sizes, for convenience we recommend choosing a larger size.

All our products are handmade, each product is unique, so The tolerance of our tables is +/- 2 cm (depending on the elasticity of the material, printing, thermal sublimation and sewing itself).

Embossed 3D printing

We work with 3D printing technology, which takes classic logos on caps to a whole new level.

Using modern UV technology we create 3D logos with embossed effect, thanks to which the logo stands out from the surface and looks more distinctive than a regular print. The result is pure detail, depth and a premium look.

The technology is applied in the form of direct printing or through a special transfer, which is then fixed to the product. This makes it possible to adapt the final appearance to the specific application.

3D printing of caps is one of the most common uses of this technology - it is on caps that the embossed logo stands out best and adds character to the product.

Sublimation printing

Sublimation is currently the most advanced technology used to print on textiles. It offers you a unique colour saturation and quality.

Sublimation is carried out on digital machines, which also guarantees maximum detail of complex prints in the CMYK colour gamut. It is possible to transfer any colour design to artificial materials, which are mainly used for the production of promotional jerseys, T-shirts, flags, pillows, backpacks, etc., starting from a single piece, without complex printing preparations. The material is dyed in such a way that the colour is sublimated into the fabric, it is not felt to the touch and the material is airy. Your sports jerseys will therefore remain colourful thanks to sublimation.

Sublimation is the process by which sublimation inks are heated and converted into gases. They then have the ability to bond with a variety of polymeric materials. The special ink is then heat fixed in the fabric at temperatures of around 200 °C. This guarantees a significantly longer life than screen printing.

Sublimation printing is always done on polyester or coated, usually synthetic materials. It follows from the printing process described above that sublimation cannot be applied to natural materials such as cotton. Natural fibres and untreated materials have no „pores“ to open. Cotton materials are then dealt with in the form of screen printing or iron-on foil.

We print on professional printers of the Japanese brand MIMAKI and sublimation is done on the Italian press MONTI ANTONIO.

Machine embroidery

Customers can also find in our offer quality embroidery on sports jerseys, sweatshirts, T-shirts, caps and promotional items. In addition to the embroidery itself, we will create for you embroidered or sublimated logo, which is then placed in the desired place by stitching. On request, we can also provide promotional textiles that are suitable for embroidery.

The price of embroidery is not based on the number of colours, but solely on the number of stitches. If you do not have your logo, we will be happy to design it for you and prepare a graphic design for embroidery.

The price of embroidery ranges from 4.50 CZK per 1000 stitches (a simple inscription 12 cm long with a font height of 1 cm has about 2300 stitches). The price of graphic design is from 300 CZK depending on the complexity of the logo.

DTF (Direct To Film) printing

APER will be happy to print your sports or workwear with graphics using modern digital printing technology - DTF. Thanks to this printing technology it is possible to transfer logos, images, advertising slogans and photos on textiles such as T-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, trousers, bags and much more.

This printing method offers almost unlimited colour combinations including transitions, special effects and also the transfer of photorealistic drawings. It is characterized by vividness of colors and extremely versatile use on almost any fabric.

DTF printing is suitable for individual printing of textile products as well as for printing of series.

COOLMAX

Coolmax

CoolMax is hi-tech fabric for sportswear made from a special Du Pont fibre, which has a special shape that gives the finished garment excellent parameters. CoolMax keeps the body dry and cool even in the hottest heat, helping to increase performance in sports (by making the CoolMax product wicks away sweat quickly and keeps the body dry saving the athlete's energy).

Cube

Integrated rib double knitted fabric, composed of three types of fibres. The soft reverse ensures comfortable to wear, the front side minimizes fraying due to the fiber composition and the fine shiny braided fiber, together with the ribbed knit pattern, creates a cube shape for a spectacular look. Jerseys made from this material are very lightweight, sweat wicking and breathable.

BED

Lezka

Lighter variant Milan 210g/m2 knitted fabric with identical properties. Thanks to the lower grammage, jerseys made of this material are lighter.

The standard minimum order for customized sportswear is 5 pieces per design. Standard lead time is 3-4 weeks from approval of graphic design. We use several proven technologies to produce customized sportswear. Thermal sublimation allows for photorealistic printing of the entire jersey without limiting the number of colours - ideal for complex patterns, gradients and all-over prints. DTF printing (Direct to Film) is a modern technology suitable for printing finished textiles, corporate t-shirts or individual pieces. We do 2D and 3D embroidery in-house on our own machines with an emphasis on accuracy and durability - according to customer feedback, some of the best quality on the market, we also offer them as patches. 3D embossed logos are an innovative technology that we are one of the first to offer in the Czech Republic - logos and lettering get a plastic, distinctive effect directly on the textile. Printing is standard part of the order price, we do not charge extra for the number of colours or complexity of the design.
