We work with 3D printing technology, which takes classic logos on caps to a whole new level.

Using modern UV technology we create 3D logos with embossed effect, thanks to which the logo stands out from the surface and looks more distinctive than a regular print. The result is pure detail, depth and a premium look.

The technology is applied in the form of direct printing or through a special transfer, which is then fixed to the product. This makes it possible to adapt the final appearance to the specific application.

3D printing of caps is one of the most common uses of this technology - it is on caps that the embossed logo stands out best and adds character to the product.

Machine embroidery

Customers can also find in our offer quality embroidery on sports jerseys, sweatshirts, T-shirts, caps and promotional items. In addition to the embroidery itself, we will create for you embroidered or sublimated logo, which is then placed in the desired place by stitching. On request, we can also provide promotional textiles that are suitable for embroidery.

The price of embroidery is not based on the number of colours, but solely on the number of stitches. If you do not have your logo, we will be happy to design it for you and prepare a graphic design for embroidery.

The price of embroidery ranges from 4.50 CZK per 1000 stitches (a simple inscription 12 cm long with a font height of 1 cm has about 2300 stitches). The price of graphic design is from 300 CZK depending on the complexity of the logo.

We will prepare the calculation for you within 24 hours, just send us the draft by e-mail or deliver it on a storage medium in cdr, ai, eps, jpg, gif, tiff, png format or printed on paper.

The program is your property, so if you order the same embroidery next time, you don't have to pay for it.

DTF (Direct To Film) printing

APER will be happy to print your sports or workwear with graphics using modern digital printing technology - DTF. Thanks to this printing technology it is possible to transfer logos, images, advertising slogans and photos on textiles such as T-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, trousers, bags and much more.

This printing method offers almost unlimited colour combinations including transitions, special effects and also the transfer of photorealistic drawings. It is characterized by vividness of colors and extremely versatile use on almost any fabric.

DTF printing is suitable for individual printing of textile products as well as for printing of series.

    We produce customized sportswear and team jerseys for more than 20 different sports - ice hockey, football, floorball, cycling, volleyball, basketball, firefighting, athletics, running, OCR racing, American football, baseball and more. If you don't find your sport listed, no problem - contact us, we can arrange a custom fit or design for virtually any sport.

    The standard minimum order for customized sportswear is 5 pieces per design. However, we understand that every team has different needs - if you require smaller quantities or even individual pieces, please do not hesitate to contact us, we always try to find a tailored solution to your situation. Standard lead time is 3-4 weeks from approval of graphic design. If you are dealing with a time-sensitive order - before the start of the season, tournament or hockey camp - contact us, we can handle urgent orders promptly. At the other end of the spectrum, we also have extensive experience with very large orders for hundreds of athletes.

    We use several proven technologies to produce customized sportswear. Thermal sublimation allows for photorealistic printing of the entire jersey without limiting the number of colours - ideal for complex patterns, gradients and all-over prints. DTF printing (Direct to Film) is a modern technology suitable for printing finished textiles, corporate t-shirts or individual pieces. We do 2D and 3D embroidery in-house on our own machines with an emphasis on accuracy and durability - according to customer feedback, some of the best quality on the market, we also offer them as patches. 3D embossed logos are an innovative technology that we are one of the first to offer in the Czech Republic - logos and lettering get a plastic, distinctive effect directly on the textile. Printing is standard part of the order price, we do not charge extra for the number of colours or complexity of the design.

    For the production of team jerseys and customized sportswear we use high quality functional materials - in different weights and weaves according to the specific sport and purpose. We work with proven fabric suppliers and select each material with sports performance, wearing comfort and long-term durability in mind.     For each product we provide a detailed size chart adapted to the specific cut and material - the tolerance is ±2 cm depending on the elasticity of the material, printing method and heat treatment.
