We have created a clear catalogue of size charts for you. Each table is assigned to a product by catalogue number, e.g. F001 etc.<\/p>\n

Size charts are for reference only, if you are between two sizes, for convenience we recommend choosing a larger size<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Sublimation printing<\/h2><\/div>

Sublimation is currently the most advanced technology used to print on textiles. It offers you a unique colour saturation and quality.<\/b><\/p>\n

Sublimation is carried out on digital machines, which also guarantees maximum detail of complex prints<\/b> in the CMYK colour gamut. It is possible to transfer any colour design to artificial materials, which are mainly used for the production of promotional jerseys, T-shirts, flags, pillows, backpacks, etc., starting from a single piece, without complex printing preparations. The material is dyed in such a way that the colour is sublimated into the fabric, it is not felt to the touch and the material is airy. Your sports jerseys will therefore remain colourful thanks to sublimation.<\/b><\/p>\n

Sublimation is the process by which sublimation inks are heated and converted into gases. They then have the ability to bond with a variety of polymeric materials. The special ink is then heat fixed in the fabric at temperatures of around 200 \u00b0C. This guarantees a significantly longer life than screen printing.<\/b><\/p>\n

Sublimation printing is always done on polyester or coated, usually synthetic materials. It follows from the printing process described above that sublimation cannot be applied to natural materials such as cotton. Natural fibres and untreated materials have no \u201epores\u201c to open. Cotton materials are then dealt with in the form of screen printing or iron-on foil.<\/span><\/p>\n

We print on professional printers of the Japanese brand MIMAKI and sublimation is done on the Italian press MONTI ANTONIO.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Machine embroidery<\/h2><\/div>

Customers can also find in our offer quality embroidery on sports jerseys, sweatshirts, T-shirts, caps and promotional items.<\/b> In addition to the embroidery itself, we will create for you embroidered or sublimated logo<\/b>, which is then placed in the desired place by stitching. On request, we can also provide promotional textiles that are suitable for embroidery.<\/p>\n

The price of embroidery is not based on the number of colours, but solely on the number of stitches. If you do not have your logo, we will be happy to design it for you and prepare a graphic design for embroidery.<\/p>\n

The price of embroidery ranges from 4.50 CZK per 1000 stitches (a simple inscription 12 cm long with a font height of 1 cm has about 2300 stitches). The price of graphic design is from 300 CZK depending on the complexity of the logo.<\/p>\n
